Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, you may be eligible for a replacement.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacements will not be issued for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use or misuse
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this replacement-only policy.
